Greiðsluskilmálar
Þessir skilmálar gilda um greiðslur á Aflaskráningu (“Forritið” eða “Þjónustan”), sem Fontos (“Þjónustuaðili”, “við”, “okkur”) rekur fyrir farsíma og vef.
Greiðslur og aðgangur
Aðgangur að tilteknum hlutum þjónustunnar getur verið háður greiðslu. Greiðsla fer fram með reikningi eða kröfu sem send er á fyrirtæki eða einstakling eftir því sem við á, og greitt er í gegnum banka. Fyrir sumar greiðsluleiðir eða bankafærslur geta bæst við gjöld frá banka eða greiðsluþjónustuaðila.
Aðgangur er opnaður fyrir viðkomandi skip um leið og greiðsla hefur verið stofnuð, og reikningur er sendur á netfang þess notanda sem hóf ferlið.
Komi svo til að krafan sé ekki greidd á eindaga þá áskilur Þjónustuaðili sér rétt til að loka fyrir aðgang. Hægt er að hafa samband við okkur til að óska eftir greiðslufresti eftir þörfum.
Greiðslur eru almennt ekki endurgreiddar, hvort sem þjónustan er nýtt eða ekki, nema við ákveðum annað í einstökum tilvikum.
Breytingar á skilmálum
Við kunnum að uppfæra þessa skilmála af og til. Ný útgáfa tekur gildi þegar hún er birt á þessari síðu, nema annað sé tekið fram. Áframhaldandi notkun Þjónustunnar eftir að breytingar hafa verið birtar telst samþykki fyrir uppfærðum skilmálum.
Þessir skilmálar eru í gildi frá og með 2026-04-28.

Payment Terms
These terms apply to payments for Aflaskráning (the “Application” or the “Service”), which is operated by Fontos (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”) for mobile and web.
Payments and Access
Access to certain parts of the Service may require payment. Payment is made by invoice or bank payment claim issued to a company or an individual, as applicable, and is paid through the banking system. Certain payment methods or bank transfers may involve additional fees charged by the bank or payment provider.
Access for the relevant vessel is activated as soon as the payment request has been created, and an invoice is sent to the email address of the user who initiated the process.
If the payment claim is not paid by the due date, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend access. You may contact us to request an extension if needed.
Payments are generally non-refundable, whether or not the Service is used, unless we decide otherwise in a specific case.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
